The Bar Code Data validated blood transport case is a versatile and robust temperature controlled padded case suitable for moving blood components from their collection point to the processing laboratory.
Advisory Note: Our temperature control cases have been validated under laboratory conditions to show the capabilities of the product.
The test results give an indication of what can be achieved when using these cases.
Variations will occur depending on the environmental circumstances, temperature of the goods going into the case and packing conditions.
If temperature control is critical to your process then we recommend a trial of the product prior to purchase to ensure the product meets your individual needs.
The case is UN3373 and PI650 compliant, and is tamper evident to provide security for the contents of the case whilst in transit. The case is available with the option of antimicrobial material, solving the issue of infection control.
The cases have been independently tested in order to back up our claims that our product will maintain the temperature of your product for up to 24 hours. The validation reports are available if required, please speak to one of our experienced team on 03333 660 842.
To endorse our confidence in the quality of our product we will happily make a pre-production sample to your specification prior to the manufacture of your order.
An added feature that can be incorporated within the case design of the Bar Code Data product is a sequential number or a sequential barcode, this allows great accountability and track and trace opportunities.
