Whilst our cases are validated and conform to the criteria detailed in UN3373, this is only achieved if the goods are transported using the required number of freezer boards. The use of the boards ensures the temperature of the goods is maintained between 2°c and 8°c for up to 8 hours. The goods must be cooled to this temperature prior to be being placed in the case.
It is recommended that 4 boards are used in the large cases and 2 boards in the small case.
